- About to SPICCS 2026-
The International Conference on Signal Processing, Intelligent Communication, and Computer Science in 2026 will be held grandly in Xi'an, China. This conference is jointly organized by well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad, aiming to gather experts, scholars, engineers, and industry representatives from around the world in the fields of signal processing, new generation communication technology, AI driven communication systems, and computer science, to jointly explore cutting-edge theories, key technologies, and future development trends. The conference will focus on such hot topics as advanced signal processing algorithms, 5G/6G and intelligent wireless communications, the Internet of Things and edge computing, the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in communications, high-performance computing, information security, computer vision and natural language processing. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper exhibitions, and industry university research exchanges, promote interdisciplinary integration and technological innovation, and drive the transformation of scientific research achievements into practical applications. SPICCS 2026 cordially invites researchers, university faculty and students, and industry practitioners from around the world to actively submit and participate in the event, to jointly draw a new blueprint for intelligent communication and computer science.

All full paper submissions to the SPICCS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of SPICCS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icspiccs@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
